Dutch Masters Trimmer is a bowl type peeler with stainless steel bottom and fully transparent top. It comes with 1 straight blade for green peeling and 1 crossed blade for dry peeling. The transparent dome allows you to see the level of peeling of the flowers without having to remove the lid.
